The administration staff of the City is located at City Office and handles customer service for the City. Customer service for the City includes utility, permit, contractor, recreation, aquatic, and cemetery questions as well as City board and City meeting information. All work orders relating to streets, utilities and parks are routed through the City Office. The City Manager handles the daily operations of the City and oversees eleven different departments.
